Information you choose to provide

General contact and support-intake forms may collect contact information and the non-sensitive details needed to understand and route a request. Public forms are intentionally designed not to request full medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, genetic reports, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive records.

Payments and merchandise

Donation and store payments are processed by the payment provider connected to this site. Payment-card information should be entered only in that provider’s secure checkout and is not intended to be stored by Beyond the Pavement through ordinary WordPress forms.

Analytics and CRM

When analytics, contact-management, payment, or communication services are used, they should collect only what is needed and be configured consistently with the organization’s privacy obligations and the expectations of families and supporters.
