Federal tax-status notice: Beyond the Pavement is a registered nonprofit organization. Its application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt recognition is in progress. Until IRS recognition is received or the organization operates through an approved fiscal sponsor, contributions must not be represented as tax-deductible. A payment processor cannot create tax-deductible status by itself.
